Thank you for your interest in our service. PSB-Associates operates a dispatch type service. This means we have a dispatcher on duty 24hrs/day who answers all incoming calls, verifies and approves the client's credit cards, and then routes the call to the fantasy artist of the caller's choice via our virtual call center platform. The only time you are bothered is when we call you to connect a prepaid client. Your time between calls is your own, as it should be. We do not require you to do any self promotion or trolling, and you do not have to provide your own toll free number or collect/verify any credit card information.You will be considered an Independent Contractor and self employeed so no taxes are taken out of your pay.

We advertise unrestricted phone sex with no taboos, so you must be willing to cater to any type of fantasy. We require each operator to set her own schedule of at least 35-40 hours per week, but encourage our girls to sign on any additional hours they can. The more hours you are on, the more exposure you get to our callers, and the more quickly you can build up a clientele base. We expect dedication and professionalism, just like any other conventional employer. We prefer that our operators not sign on with another phone sex service while they are signed in with us, because we must be guaranteed that every time we transfer a caller to you, that you will be there to answer the call during your shift.
