Dispatcher Position/s

Opening: We currently are looking for dispatchers to work part time shifts. Total hours may be about 15-25 per week with the possibility for more in the future. These hours will likely include weekends, holidays, and vary on occasion. Only Qualified Applicants should Apply. Seasoned professionals looking to stay in the industry without "performing" on calls for clients while having a more regular/steady income should apply right away. Dispatch positions start out as part-time with the potential for full time for the right candidate/s. DISPATCHERS answer calls, handle client billing information, and transfer calls to our operators. Dispatchers are responsible for managing their shifts to ensure everything runs smoothly. This includes managing the PSOs , keeping track of open calls and handling any issues that should arise with the PSOs or clients. Previous dispatcher experience in the phone sex industry gets top priority. Dispatcher jobs are often long hours, can be stressful, require talent for "sales" and the ability to multitask. The pay will be HOURLY and dependent upon past work experience. A good candidate will have a flexible schedule, since other hours may sometimes be available. The perfect candidate will be intelligent, loyal, and have a professional attitude. They will also be a skilled problem solver, be interested in client security, and have strong customer service skills. We need dispatchers to work well within a team environment, provide input, and be willing to grow with our company. PSB has a solid reputation for paying accurately and on time. We pay bi-weekly and by direct deposit. We also have an intense training program to fully prepare you to work independently. PSB has been in business since 1995 and has a proven track record of success in the phone sex industry. Requirements You MUST have either Phone Sex Operator/Service experience or previous job experience in the adult industry prior to applying. Six months is the minimum. We are open to women who have the right self motivated personality, but you have to know fetish lingo and understand the minds of the clients to do this job. Working in the phone sex industry is very similar to being a Medical Assistant - you need to know all the terminology before applying. If you need to learn the vocabulary and do research then this position is not for you. You must have a pleasant and clear speaking voice with no accent. Superior customer service skills and experience. The ability to think quickly and make decisions independently. Be detail oriented, able to multi-task, and have a friendly personality. Be a fast learner and willing to put in the effort to learn a lot of information and procedures. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Be willing to work without calling off, or needing a lot of time off on a "regular" basis. Reliable High Speed Internet Connection without outage issues 2 telephone lines (not a VoIP service) - 1 line must be a land line to insure the best sound quality available and have a speaker phone. The second must have voicemail and unlimited long distance, and may be a cellphone as long as you have unlimited minutes so you don't have to worry about exceeding your plan. No one else in your house may be using these lines (incoming/outgoing calls) while you are dispatching. Reliable PC (not Mac) and the knowledge of how to properly maintain it (defrag, error checks, virus and malware protection) Must be Internet and computer savvy, and have the ability to download, install, and operate software with ease. (FTP programs, Winzip, etc) Computer knowledge is a must. You must have a computer monitor of 17 inches or more. You must use the Firefox browser. You must have a working printer. You must either use or be prepared to use Skype, and have a headset for it. This is only needed for actual training. Your schedule must be open enough to accommodate our training hours Must have a quiet area of your home where your computer is located to specifically answer calls, free from other household noises that clients might hear (sounds of children, dogs barking, etc) 3 professional references will be required. (We will be discrete when contacting your references) Willing and able to work some flexible time, 8 hr shifts, including all holidays that fall on your scheduled days (we only close on Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve/Day). ** We prefer you do not have children under 12 in your home as it is not suited to this position. We feel it is too difficult to be tied to your computer/telephone for hours without interruptions for someone with small children. Having children under 12 will likely disqualify you. You must not have a criminal record. Additional Skills Varied customer service experience, credit card collection experience, or billing experience. Previous experience with Excel, MS Access, or any other program that requires data entry. Telemarketing, sales, website design, and customer service experience are also a plus.
