Dispatcher Position!

We do not currently have a Dispatcher Position open but we will still accept applications. If you are a qualified applicant and want to send a resume for a future opening (and they do become available all the time) we will save your information and let you know when a position becomes available. DISPATCHERS answer calls, handle client billing information, and to transfer calls to our PSOs. We are female owned and operated, and a drama free environment. Previous dispatcher experience in the phone sex industry gets top priority. The pay will be hourly, and will be dependent upon past work experience. A good candidate will have a flexible schedule as well, since other hours may sometimes be available. Requirements You MUST have Phone Sex experience or previous job experience in the adult industry prior to applying. Reliable High Speed Internet Connection without outage issues 2 telephone lines (not a VoIP service) - 1 line must be a land line to insure the best sound quality available. The second must have voicemail and unlimited long distance, and may be a cellphone as long as you have unlimited minutes so you don't have to worry about exceeding your plan. No one else in your house may be using these lines (incoming/outgoing calls) while you are dispatching. Reliable PC (not Mac) and the knowledge of how to properly maintain it (defrag, error checks, virus and malware protection) Must be Internet and computer savvy, and have the ability to download, install, and operate software with ease. (FTP programs, Winzip, etc) Must have a quiet area of your home where your computer is located to specifically answer calls, free from other household noises that clients might hear (sounds of children, dogs barking, etc) 3 professional references required, and at least one from a **PSO Company**. (We will be discrete when contacting your references) Willing and able to work some flexible time, 8 hr shifts, including all holidays that fall on your scheduled days (we only close on Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve/Day). We prefer you do not have children under 12 in your home. We feel it is too difficult to be tied to your computer/telephone for 8 hours without interruptions for someone with small children. Additional Skills Needed Be detail oriented, able to multi-task, and have a friendly personality. Be a fast learner and willing to put in the effort to learn a lot of information and procedures. **Some experience as a PSO or other related work in the adult industry to understand kinks and fetish lingo requested by clients. Approximately 6 months or more experience is prefered. (Required) Some type of customer service experience, credit card collection experience, or billing experience. Previous experience with Excel, MS Access, or any other program that requires data entry. Telemarketing, sales, website design, and customer service experience are also a plus.
